I charge a cash pay rate of $150 per 50-minute session. I send clients a detailed invoice (superbill) which may be used for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement. Most MA insurers reimburse a portion out-of-network therapist services: here’s how

Therapy is a valuable gift to oneself. I am happy to collaborate on pricing, to find a rate that feels manageable. Reduced sliding scale prices are discussed in a free 15-minute exploratory call.

I provide education about the prospective costs of psychotherapy treatment. This includes a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), which varies from person to person depending on situation and need.
